"Scouts of Kyiv" Youth Union
Established in 2009. Before its inception, its leaders belonged to SPOK.

Despite being established only recently, Scouts of Kyiv is a very dynamic and visible scouting organization, both in Kyiv and in Ukraine as a whole.

Association of Dnipropetrovs'k Scouts "Scythian"
Established in 1992 in Dnipropetrovs'k, the organization united scouts in the Dnipropetrovs'k region. In 2005, the organization split. Since then, two organizations continue to exist - Association of Dnipropetrovs'k Scouts "Scythian" and Dnipropetrovs'k Regional Youth Civic Organization "Scythian Plus".

Association of Scouts "Rozvidnyk"
The official web portal lists 1989 as the year when the first groups of scouts started functioning, although in reality the organization was established only in 1999. 
Chapters are active in L'viv and Volyn' regions. Membership is unknown - based on the estimate by scouting.org.ua, it does not exceed 200 non-permanent members. 
Since 2006, AS "Rozvidnyk" is a prospective member of the World Federation of Independent Scouts (WFIS).

Established in 1996. Since the beginning, V. Bocharnikov has continuously remained the leader of the organization.
The organizational structure is unknown, as is its membership.

Catholic Scouts of Europe in Ukraine
Established in 1997 in L'viv. 
Chapters are active in L'viv, Ternopil', Kyiv, Dnipropetrovs'k, Ivano-Frankivs'k, Khmelnyts'kyi, and several towns in L'viv region. Membership reaches approximately 500 scouts.
Catholic Scouts in Ukraine are observers of the Eureopean Federation of Scouting (Fédération du Scoutisme Européen, or FSE).

Girl Guiding Association of Ukraine
Established in 1996 with the support of the Norwegian Girl Guiding Association. 
The chapters are active in Alchevs'k, Kyiv, L'viv, Mukachevo, Poltava, Odesa, Kharkiv, Kherson, Chernihiv, Chernivtsi and Autonomous Republic of Crimea (village of Abrykosivka). Available sources of information list 1000 as the membership count of the organization - based on the estimate by scouting.org.ua, its membership does not exceed 300.

Luhans'k Regional Organization of Scouts
Established in 2000.

Mykolayiv Union of Scouts
Active in the City of Mykolayiv (City Organization "Scouts of Mykolayiv") and Mykolayiv region (Regional Children's Organization "Mykolayiv Union of Scouts"). According to the available information, it has 500-700 members.

In 2008-2010, Mykolayiv Union of Scouts joined the effort to create the Mykolayiv Regional Chapter of the National Organization of Scouts in Ukraine (NOSU).

National Organization of Scouts of Ukraine
Established in 2007 with the participation of three organizations (Plast, SPOK, Sich), effectively in response to the demand on the part of World Scouting Bureau of WOSM.
Chapters of the organizations are registered in 19 regions of Ukraine, as well as in the cities of Kyiv and Sevastopil'. The official information about its membership claims 2500 members (as of February 1, 2013).
In 2008, NOSU was accepted as the only representative of Ukraine in the World Organization of the Scouting Movement (WOSM).

Organization of Scouts "Kray" ("Country")
Four groups were active: "Tigers" - older scouts, "Lynxes", "Owls" and "Bears" - scouts. 
Three camps were organized: 
2002 - "Owl's Nest" camp
2003 - "Scythian-2003" camp
2004 - "Zvonikha" camp and a journey on the Southern Buh river. 
The organization сeased its activities in 2007.

Organization of Ukrainian Scouts
Established in the city of L'viv in 2000 as a scouting club "Savio". In 2003, it was renamed as OUS. The only leader of the organization since 2000 has been Oleksandr Matsiyevskyi. 
The organization declares to have active chapters in L'viv, Chervonohrad, Cherkasy, Zhovkva, Kolomiya, Kherson, Kyiv, Sharhorod and other cities. The available sources give its membership as 650 persons. The estimate by scouting.org.ua is that it does not exceed 200.
Since 2009, the organization is a member of the Order of World Scouts (OWS).

Orthodox Scouts of Ukraine
Established in 2007. The organization is close to the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (Moscow Patriarchy) - essentially, its activities take place at its parishes. 
Chapters are active in Kyiv, Dnipropetrovs'k, Chernihiv, Odesa, Poltava, Vinnytsia, Mohyliv-Podil's'kyi, in the Crimea and in Volyn'. The organization has about 400 permanent members.

Plast
«Plast» — the National Scouting Organization of Ukraine, the goal of which is to assist in the well-rounded patriotic self-actualization of the Ukrainian youth on the basis of the Christian morals, so that they can become conscious, responsible and invaluable citizens of their local, the national and the global communities, as well as leaders of the Ukrainian society. 

"Plast" was founded in 1911. The first Plast oath was administered on April 12th, 1912, although several Plast scouting groups were established simultaneously and independently from one another by Ivan Chmola, Oleksandr Tysovs'kyi and Petro Franko. In 1913, the Organizational Plast Committee was formed, which united various Plast scouting groups into an organization on the national scale. Plast scouts distinguished themselves by actively participating in state-building and national defense efforts, in the liberation movement and in the wars for the independence of the Ukrainian National Republic (UNR) and Western-Ukrainian National Republic (ZUNR). 

Today, "Plast" is the largest and the oldest Ukrainian scouting organization that is active in many countries across the world (including Plast USA, Plast Argentina, Plast Canada) and unites Plast scouts in Ukraine and the Ukrainian Diaspora. In Ukraine, its membership reaches 6 000 scouts. The organization is active in all 24 regions of Ukraine.

Scouting Organization "Plai" ("Meadow")
Established in 1998, officially registered in 2010. 
The organization is active in Kyiv. The official information about its membership is unavailable - based on the estimate by Ukrainian Scouting, it has approximately 150 members. 
Scouting Organization "Plai" is a member of the Kyiv City Chapter of the National Organization of Scouts of Ukraine (NOSU).

SPOK
Established in 1990, when a group split off from the Union of Pioneers' Organizations of Ukraine (known as SPOU) and established the Union of Pioneers' Organizations of Kyiv (SPOK). Subsequently, the organization changed its name to the Union of Children's and Youth Organizations of Kyiv SPOK, where SPOK became an acronym for Self-reliance, Poriadnis't' (decency), Optimism, Kmitlyvis't (quick wit). SPOK is actually an association of organizations. 
SPOK is active primarily in Kyiv, although occasionally information appears about various scouting organizations in Ukraine belonging to SPOK (e.g. OUS in L'viv). The official information about the membership is unavailable - based on the estimate by scouting.org.ua, it does not exceed 400.

In 2005, SPOK applied for membership in WOSM, but 8 countries-members of WOSM expressed their disagreement, which barred SPOK from WOSM membership. In 2007, members of SPOK, together with members of Plast and Sich, established the National Organization of Scouts of Ukraine (NOSU). However, even after NOSU's establishment, SPOK continues to be active as a separate organization.

Sumy City Civic Children's and Youth Organization "SIGNAL"
Children's Social-Pedagogical Center (CSPC) "Signal" operates as a social institute of the psychology department of the Pedagogical University.

Its main goal - upbringing of citizens, education of students about working with children's civic organizations and in the informal environment of children and teenagers. The Center is a volunteer-based operation and is supported by the Pedagogical University.

As of September of 2010, 78 children and teenagers from 6 city schools attend the programs of CSPC "Signal". Four registered children's civic organizations are able to run their programs, with the help of 16 volunteers, including students. CSPC "Signal" conduct multiplicational part of European social projects, grants awarded in 2004 (European Union - "Europa-vector") and in 2005 (The Netherlands, MATRA-KAP, "Civic education").

Ukrainian children's and youth association "Sich"
Established in 1993. The only leader (Supreme Otaman) till today is Borys Skriebtsov.
The declared membership of the organization is 2000. Based on the estimate by scouting.org.ua, the membership does not exceed 200 non-permanent members.

YMCA Scouts in Ukraine
In 1913, YMCA in Ukraine was first established in Kyiv by American YMCA members. It was re-established in 1992. 
Currently, there are 21 local chapters operating in 12 regions of Ukraine. Scouting is one of about a dozen activities pursued by the organization.
